Types of Training Offered

We offer in home training, on site training and boarding with training.

In Home Training

Most bad dog behaviors start in the home and are easily solved in the home. We come to your home and work with you regarding your dogs issues. Most common issues can be easily resolved during the training session. Some of the issues the dog exhibits in the home may not appear outside the home.

Megan is doing a great job luring Red into a heel position with a treat. Red loves to learn and is very smart.

On Site Training

For some dogs issues it's good to get the dog away from its normal environment. This allows for less distractions and less focus on what the dog is comfortable with. When brining the dog to our location we can work with the dogs issues. It saves us travel time and saves you money.

Here we're teaching Red to come when called. He's very smart and awesome to work with. Red was rescue dog.

Board & Train

We found that most of the time people need a head start in getting their dogs on track. We have training sessions with owners focused around their dog’s needs. Some people have a hard time when they get home trying to implement the training we discuss. Therefore, we offer a board and train program to where we work on the dog’s behavior while the dog is boarding with us. That gives the owners a big head start with the dog. After we work with the dog, shaping the behavior, we work with the owners so they can continue working with the dog in home.

The dog pictured here is a rescue from California. He was bouncing around between three shelters and was said to be people aggressive. The dog wasn’t people aggressive whatsoever. He was actually terrified and therefore would growl at people who stopped at his kennel to check him out. Here I’m working on his recall (“here” or “come” command). As you can see in the picture the dog has great focus as well as a nice recall.
